PACIFIC MARINA INN UNDERGOES $1 MILLION IN RENOVATION

Honolulu, Hawaii -- Pacific Marina Inn, represented by Castle Resorts & Hotels, is undergoing over $1 million in renovations.  The extensive renovation project started in October 2006 and is expected to be completed by late spring 2007. 

The scope of this extensive refurbishing project ranges from the interior to the exterior, from new furniture and guest services to a repaved parking lot and new exterior lights.  To date the projects completed include the installation of a new telephone system, pay-per-view movies, wireless Internet access in rooms, Internet computer kiosk in the lobby, and computerized card key security system.  The painting of all rooms and bathroom upgrades are in progress. 

The new interior design is tropical with a Polynesian flair.  New teak furniture is being shipped in to complete the renovation.  The refurbishment of the bar and lobby décor will complement the theme with a warm welcoming ambiance.
