CASTLE RESORTS & HOTELS ANNOUNCES NEW MANAGEMENT CONTRACT FOR MAILE SKY COURT IN WAIKIKI - THIRD NEW CONTRACT IN PAST TWO MONTHS

Honolulu, Hawaii – Castle Resorts & Hotels announces the addition of the 596-room Maile Sky Court to its management portfolio.  Castle will manage the operations, sales, marketing and reservations for Maile Sky Court effective October 1, 2007.  This is the third new management contract Castle has been awarded in the past two months, increasing its portfolio to a total of 3,410 rooms.
