Aquarius Beach Tower is located on the tropical island of Saipan. This all-suite hotel located in Chalan Kanoa is oceanfront on a beautiful beach protected by fringing coral reefs. Just six units per floor, all suites are spacious and luxuriously furnished. The Aquarius Beach Tower has a great location just minutes from golf courses, many visitor attractions, and the Saipan International Airport.

Directions from the Airport (3 miles –5 minutes). Exit the Saipan International Airport parking lot. Take a left turn on Tun Herman Pond Road. Make a right turn on As Perdido Road. Continue on As Perdido Road and pass the stoplight. Make a right turn on Beach Road at the stoplight. Continue straight on Beach Road. Take a left turn into Aquarius Beach Tower Hotel. Our street address is 110 Beach Road.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking for stays during January 4, 2010-January 3, 2011.

Cancellation/No-show Policies

You may cancel without penalty up to 4 days before your arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). A 1 night room plus tax fee will be charged for cancellations received on or less than 3 days before arrival.  A reservation that was not honored is considered a no-show and any advance deposit will be forfeited.

Taxes and Fees
Room rates are subject to 10% hotel tax.

Extra Charges

Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed max pax (occupancy) of the confirmed room. Rollaways are subject to availability. Rollaway charge: $25. Cribs are subject to availability.  Crib charge:  $25.
