DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Directions from the Kona International Airport (18 miles- 29 minutes). Waikoloa Beach Resort is just 18 miles north of the Kona International Airport. From the airport, turn north (left) on Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway (Hwy 19). Drive north for 18 miles and turn left on Waikoloa Beach Drive, into the entrance to Waikoloa Beach Resort. Follow Waikoloa Beach Drive until you see the entrance sign for Hali'i Kai on your left. |

Minimum Night Stay Policy
Two-Night minimum length of stay required all travel dates (1/4 - 12/23/10). Five-Night minimum length of stay required for all travel dates during the Year End period (12/24/10 - 1/3/11).
Deposit/Guarantee Requirements A 1 night deposit per room is required except for arrivals between December 24, 2010 and January 3, 2011, when a 2 night deposit is required. Credit card deposits must be in the guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party.
Cancellation/No-show Policies
You may cancel without penalty up to 4 days prior to arrival for any arrivals between January 4, 2010 and December 23, 2010. A 1 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 3 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). For arrival dates between December 24, 2010 and January 3, 2011, you may cancel without penalty up to 31 days prior to arrival. A 2 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 30 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). A reservation that was not honored is considered a no-show and the advance deposit will be forfeited.
Taxes and Fees Room rates are subject to 13.416% tax (including Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 9.25%).
Extra Charges
Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed max pax (occupancy) of the confirmed room. Cribs are free and available upon request. All guests will be charged a one-time only Resort Fee of $30 plus tax upon arrival which includes: Entry gate electronic key card (access to the resort premises and Ocean Club), Two (2) welcome drink coupons (redeemable at Ocean Club Restaurant), Two (2) twenty percent (20%) off Ocean Club Restaurant Coupons, Parking permit.
Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal costs. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can request for replenishment of the bath amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet tissues) at any time without charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.

All guest rooms are 100% NON-SMOKING. Requests for specific bedding are honored whenever possible based on availability at check-in. Due to inventory limitations, these requests cannot be guaranteed. Rates, restrictions, and information are subject to change without notice. Not all restrictions are listed. All offers are subject to program availability. Rates are listed in US dollars except where otherwise noted. All published rates are commissionable to travel agents at 10%. Minimum 2-night stay required. Certain holiday periods are subject to peak season rates require a minimum 5-night stay. Reservations made for certain holiday periods may be charged the full amount at time of reservation.
