Reception and banquet services are presented by the Ocean Club Bar and Grill, exclusively for guests and residents of Halii Kai at Waikoloa. The Executive Chef and his team can plan a rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, casual barbecue or picnic or an elegant wedding reception.

Wedding Requirements:
Minimum of 3 villas must be booked to hold event space in advance
Special rates may be offered for 5 or more guestrooms
The bride and groom must be guests of Halii Kai for a minimum of 2 nights
The reserved reception site will be scheduled for up to 4 hours. Events must end no later than 10:00 pm
The Ocean Club is a private venue and some areas will remain open to Halii Kai owners and guests
Payment Schedule for Wedding:
- $500 Refundable Wedding deposit upon booking
- 30 days prior to your wedding - 70% of the anticipated
charges due
- Any remaining balance will be due upon check out.
