Deposit/Guarantee Requirements

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking. A one-night deposit is required for all travel dates.

Cancellation/No-show Policies

You may cancel without penalty up to 4 days prior to arrival. A 1 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 3 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). A reservation that was not honored will result in a no-show 1-night cancellation charge to the credit card.

Taxes and Fees

Room rates are subject to 13.416% tax (including Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 9.25%).  

Extra Charges

Extra person charge: $30 per night. Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed max pax (occupancy) of the confirmed room. Rollaways and play pens are subject to availability. Rollaway charge: $30 per night. Cribs are free upon request.  Porterage fee: $6.29 plus tax.

Requests for non-smoking rooms or specific bedding are honored whenever possible based on availability at check-in. Due to inventory limitations, these requests cannot be guaranteed.
