Great for families, golfers, and tennis buffs. This condominium resort features a "Super Pool" with water slide and several championship tennis courts. It is across the street from the Poipu Shopping Village which features a variety of restaurants and shops. Poipu Beach was named in the "Top 10 Most Romantic Getaways" from USA Today. (TLA approved). DRIVING DIRECTIONS:Directions from the Airport (15 miles - 30 minutes). As you exit the Lihue Airport you will be on Ahukini Road. You continue straight through the traffic light for about a mile until you reach the intersection of Kuhio Highway / Highway 56, where you are forced to turn either left or right. You turn left onto Kuhio Highway / Highway 56 West which will automatically merge into Highway 50 West. You continue on Highway 50 West as it leaves Lihue toward the Poipu area. Aproximately 12 miles down the road you will see a sign indicating to turn left to Koloa or Poipu. When you turn left you will be on Maluhia Road / Highway 520 which is also known as The Tree Tunnel. This leads to Koloa Town and the Poipu area. As you enter Old Koloa Town, you turn right onto Koloa Road. Less then a block later at the service station, you turn left on to Poipu Road. You follow Poipu Road about two miles where you reach the first of two entrances to Kiahuna Plantation & The Beach Bungalows. Bypass the first or (west) entrance and proceed to the second or (east) entrance turning right to enter. As you come to a stop sign, turn right then a quick left and proceed down the hill. Castle Kiahuna Plantation & The Beach Bungalows reception center will be on your right. Our street address is 2253B Poipu Road.

Minimum Night Stay Policy
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for all bookings during the travel period of 12/24/10 - 1/3/11.
Deposit/Guarantee Requirements
A 1 night deposit per room is required except for arrivals between December 24, 2010 and January 3, 2011, when a 2 night deposit is required. Credit card deposits must be in the guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party. Personal checks are also accepted and must be received within 10 days of booking.
Cancellation/No-show Policies
You may cancel without penalty up to 4 days prior to arrival for any arrivals between January 4, 2010 and December 23, 2010. A 1 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 3 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). For arrival dates between December 24, 2010 and January 3, 2011, you may cancel without penalty up to 31 days prior to arrival. A 2 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 30 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). A reservation that was not honored is considered a no-show and the advance deposit will be forfeited.
Taxes and Fees
Room rates are subject to 13.416% tax (including Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 9.25%).
Extra Charges
Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed max pax (occupancy) of the confirmed room. Rollaways and cribs are subject to availability. Rollaway charge: $30 per night. Crib are free upon request.

Requests for non-smoking rooms or specific bedding are honored whenever possible based on availability at check-in. Due to inventory limitations, these requests cannot be guaranteed.
