DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Directions from the Airport (12 miles – 25 minutes). As you exit the Kona International Airport, make a right onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Queen K). You will drive through five intersections. As you approach the sixth intersection - get into the far-right lane and turn right onto Palani Road. You will drive through two intersections. After you go through the second intersection, Palani Road turns into Alii Drive and you will be in the center of Kailua-Kona Town. From town, drive three miles south on Alii Drive. As you pass the stone church, look for the three-story brown building with a Kona Bali Kai sign facing the road. The lobby is located on the oceanside of the street. Our street address is 76-6246 Alii Drive.

Deposit/Guarantee Requirements
A 1 night deposit per room is required except for arrivals between December 24, 2010 and January 3, 2011, when a 2 night deposit is required. Credit card deposits must be in the guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party.
Cancellation/No-show Policies
You may cancel without penalty up to 4 days prior to arrival for any arrivals between January 4, 2010 and December 23, 2010. A 1 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 3 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). For arrival dates between December 24, 2010 and January 3, 2011, you may cancel without penalty up to 31 days prior to arrival. A 2 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 30 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). A reservation that was not honored is considered a no-show and the advance deposit will be forfeited.
Taxes and Fees
Room rates are subject to 13.416% tax (including Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 9.25%).
Extra Charges
Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed max pax (occupancy) of the confirmed room. Rollaways and cribs are subject to availability. Rollaway charge: $30 per night. Cribs are free upon request.
Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal costs. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can request for replenishment of the bath amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet tissues) at any time without charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.

Requests for non-smoking rooms or specific bedding are honored whenever possible based on availability at check-in. Due to inventory limitations, these requests cannot be guaranteed. Rates, restrictions, and information are subject to change without notice. Not all restrictions are listed. All offers are subject to program availability.
