All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking.
Cancellation/No-show Policies
You may cancel without penalty up to 4 days prior to arrival. A 1 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 3 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). For arrival dates between December 24, 2010 and January 3, 2011, you may cancel without penalty up to 31 days prior to arrival. A 2 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 30 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). A reservation that was not honored will result in a no-show charge to the credit card (1 or 2 nights cancellation charge based on the dates as described above).
Taxes and Fees
Room rates are subject to 13.962% tax (including Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166%, Transient Accommodations Tax of 9.25% and Honolulu County Surcharge of 0.546%).
Extra Charges
Extra person charge: n/a. Rollaways and cribs are not available. Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed max pax (occupancy) of the confirmed room. Parking: free (limited). Porterage: $6.29 plus tax.
