DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Directions from the Airport (15 miles - 30 minutes). As you exit the Lihue Airport you will be on Ahukini Road. Continue through the traffic light for about a mile until you reach the intersection of Kuhio Highway / Highway 56. Here you are forced to turn either right or left. You turn left onto Highway 56 West which will automatically merge itself into Kaumualii Highway / Highway 50 West. Continue on Kaumualii Highway / Highway 50 West as it leaves Lihue toward the Poipu area. Aproximately 12 miles down the road you will see a sign indicating to turn left to Koloa or Poipu. When you turn left you will be on Maluhia Road / Highway 520 which is also known as The Tunnel of Trees, which leads to Koloa Town and the Poipu area. As you enter Old Koloa Town you turn right onto Koloa Road. Less then a block later at the service station, you turn left on to Poipu Road. You follow Poipu Road about 2.5 miles until you turn right toward Poipu Beach on to Hoowili Road. This road ends at Poipu Beach where you turn left onto Ho'one Road. As you drive along the beach, the road becomes Pe'e Road. About a half mile further along you will come to Poipu Shores located on the makai or ocean side of the road. Our street address is 1775 Pe'e Road.

Deposit/Guarantee Requirements
A 1 night deposit per room is required except for arrivals between December 22, 2009 and January 3, 2010, when a 2 night deposit is required. Credit card deposits must be in the guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party.
Cancellation/No-show Policies
You may cancel without penalty up to 4 days prior to arrival for any arrivals between January 4, 2009 and December 21, 2009. A 1 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 3 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). For arrival dates between December 22, 2009 and January 3, 2010, you may cancel without penalty up to 46 days prior to arrival. A 2 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 45 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). A reservation that was not honored is considered a no-show and the advance deposit will be forfeited.
Taxes and Fees
Room rates are subject to 11.417% tax (including Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.16% and Transient Accommodation Tax of 7.25%). PLEASE NOTE: Effective July 1, 2009 the total tax rate will be 12.416% for all reservations. Due to limitations within our booking engine, bookings confirmed PRIOR to July 1 for travel from July 1, 2009 and beyond will still reflect the current tax amount; you will only see the newly increased tax amount on your final bill upon checkout. Thank you for your understanding.
Extra Charges
Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed max pax (occupancy) of the confirmed room. Rollaways and cribs are subject to availability. Rollaway charge: $30 per night. Cribs are complimentary upon request.
Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal
costs. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can
request for replenishment of the bath amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet tissues) at any time without
charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.
Terms and Conditions
All rooms and lanais are non-smoking. Smoking is limited to 3 designated areas on property. Rates, restrictions, and information are subject to change without notice. Not all restrictions are listed. All offers are subject to program availability. Rates are listed in US dollars except where otherwise noted. All published rates are commissionable to travel agents at 10%.
