Program policies and member requirements:

• Minimum night requirement: A minimum night of 10 paid room nights per year maintains membership and active status.
• Payments: Guests will be responsible for all charges incurred during their stay and to pay in full at check-out unless other arrangements are made by an authorized caller.
• Groups: Program rates may be extended to groups of 10 or more based on availability. Group policies will apply. Call (808) 524-9233 or email groups@castleresorts.com.
• Family Plan: Hotel rooms can accommodate children 18 years or younger, sharing their parents’ room at no-charge, when utilizing existing bedding. Except for The Spencer on Byron Hotel, children must be 12 years or younger.
