Oahu Shopping Centers

There’s nothing like Oahu shopping to work up an appetite for the delicious food here. There are a variety of local markets, along with national retail chains and upscale boutiques that sell everything from handcrafts and Hawaiian products to merchandise imported from all over the world. Make sure to hit the International Marketplace for some affordable Oahu shopping. You’ll have no problem finding the perfect gift to bring home to friends and family, and maybe a few for you. Finds include island treasures, surf memorabilia, clothes, antiques, and collectibles. And for Oahu shopping on a truly grand scale don’t miss the world’s largest outdoor center, Ala Moana Center. Plus, we’ll let you in on a local secret: the Aloha Stadium swap meet. It’s a bargain bazaar where you can find everything from souvenirs to collectibles. It’s held in the parking lot every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., but be sure to get there early to avoid the crowds. Shop ‘till you drop. Or at least until it’s time for a Mai Tai.
