Make sure to hit the International Marketplace for some affordable Oahu shopping. You’ll have no problem finding the perfect gift to bring home to friends and family, and maybe a few for you. Finds include island treasures, surf memorabilia, clothes, antiques, and collectibles. And for Oahu shopping on a truly grand scale don’t miss the world’s largest outdoor center, Ala Moana Center. Plus, we’ll let you in on a local secret: the Aloha Stadium swap meet. It’s a bargain bazaar where you can find everything from souvenirs to collectibles. It’s held in the parking lot every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., but be sure to get there early to avoid the crowds. Shop ‘till you drop. Or at least until it’s time for a Mai Tai.
