Directions from Kahului Airport (34 miles – 1 Hour)

Exit Kahului Airport on Mayor Elmer Cravalho Way. Continue on HI-380 for 5 miles. Turn left on HI-30. Continue on HI-30 as it becomes HI-3000. Continue on Keawe Street. Turn right on HI-30. Turn left on Napilihau Street. Turn right on Lower Honoapiilani Road. Turn left on Napili Place.

Will my credit card get charged?

Room rate, taxes and fees will be charged to your card prior to arrival.

Yes, we do.

Yes, we provide beach towels.

How many floors and elevators do you have?

Each building has 2 floors with stairs. There are no elevators.

What bedding options are available?

Studios include a king or queen bed.

One bedrooms include a king bed and a sofabed.

Do You Allow Pets?

Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms or resort area, with the exception of service animals. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a penalty fee and dismissal from the property.

Do you have restaurants on-site?

There are no restaurants on-site, but there are plenty of dining options within a short drive of our resort.

Do you offer in-room grocery service?

No, we do not.

TRANSPORTATION & LOCATION

Do you offer transportation?

We do not offer airport shuttles or transfers. However, transportation is available from the airport to the property including taxis, buses, and car service. Since Kahului Airport is a considerable distance from West Maui, we strongly advise that you rent a car during your stay on Maui.

How close are you to the beach?

Napili Surf Beach Resort is located directly on beautiful Napili Bay which offers great swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing.

How far are you from the airport?

Napili Surf Beach Resort is located about 30 miles from Kahului Airport, and 1 mile from Kapalua Airport.

Airport taxi service?

Yes, we call a taxi for you as needed and requested.

Do you offer parking?

Parking is available free of charge. However, parking on-site is limited and first-come, first-served. Additional parking can be found on the public road.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy

Two nights room and tax deposit and $30 non-refundable reservation fee plus taxes are due at the time of booking.

A one-time check-out cleaning fee (inclusive of Damage Protection) is added to each unit at the time of booking.

  • $230 plus taxes for 1-Bedroom
  • $180 plus taxes for Studio

Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a deposit refund excluding the $30 reservation and $100 cancellation fee.

If a cancellation is made 29 days or less to arrival (including no-shows), all monies collected will be forfeited.

Taxes and Fees

Room rates are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Taxes, which currently totals 17.962%.

A $30 non-refundable reservation fee plus taxes are due at the time of booking.

A one-time check-out cleaning fee (inclusive of Damage Protection) is added to each unit at the time of booking.

Minimum Night Stay Policy

Minimum Night Stay policies may apply.

Family Plan
    • Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the confirmed room. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a supplemental per person fee an/or immediate cancellation of the right to occupy the unit.
Additional Comfort
    • Free parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit.
Qualified Rates

To be eligible for a qualified rate (Military, Senior, Kamaaina, Government, AAA/CAA, Commercial, Airline employee, Owner Club, Travel Agent, etc.) guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in. If you are unable to provide sufficient identification, Castle Resorts & Hotels will provide you with the best available rate at the time of check-in.

Prepaid Non-Refundable Rate

Castle offers a pre-pay & non-refundable rate for selected properties at various times. To be eligible for this special rate, the full amount must be paid by the time of booking. All bookings are final and may only be altered by a qualified Castle Employee. Cancellation will result in a full stay charge.

Reservation Guarantee

Castle Resorts & Hotels cannot guarantee requests for specific units but will honor such requests when feasible based on availability at check-in. Castle Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to substitute alternate accommodations of a similar or superior room type. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation if rooms become unavailable for reasons including, but not limited to, natural disasters or other acts of nature, damage to the property or maintenance problems, strikes, owner usage, sale of unit, changes in applicable law, or failure of other guests to vacate as scheduled.
