Directions from the Airport (10.5 miles - 20 minutes)

From Daniel K Inouye International Airport, head west on Aolele St. Take a slight left onto Ala Onaona St, continue onto Aolele St. Use any lane to turn slightly right to stay on Aolele St, then merge onto I-H-1 East via the ramp to Honolulu/Waikiki. Follow I-H-1 East to S King St, take exit 25A, keep left at the fork and merge onto S King St. Turn right onto Kapahulu Avenue, turn right onto Ala Wai Blvd, turn left on Kanekapolei St. The Aloha Surf Hotel will be on your right.

Yes, your card will be charged the required deposit.

We do not manage the front desk at Aloha Surf. All the procedures are done remotelly and please call +1 (877) 367-1912 if you have any questions.

Can I request an early check in or late check out?

You may request for early check in or late checkout, which will be subject to availability. Fees may apply.

I didn't receive a confirmation. How can I check if my reservation went through?

If you made an online reservation, you will be receiving an email confirmation. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you have not received anything. To reconfirm your reservation, you can call our customer representative at +1 (877) 367-1912 or send us an email resinquiry@castleresorts.com.

Can I upgrade my room?

Yes, you can upgrade to a larger suite or room with a view. Call us at +1 (877) 367-1912 and a customer representative will be delighted to assist you.

Do you have a resort fee, what is the fee, & what does it include?

We do not charge a resort fee.

Do you offer smoking rooms?

All our rooms are non smoking in compliance with state law.

Do you offer ADA rooms, how many and which room types?

Unfortunately we do not.

SERVICES & AMENITIES

What bath amenities do you provide?

Complimentary bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, facial soap, and body soap.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we do.

How many floors and elevators do you have?

We have 16 floors and two elevators to service them.

What bedding options are available?

We offer Queen or 1 Full and Twin Beds in each of our unit types. Requests can be made for bed types but cannot be guaranteed. We will, however, do our best to accommodate your request.

When was the property last renovated?

The lobby was renovated in 2005 and was recently upgraded with new furniture. Rooms are independently owned are therefore renovation varies by owner. We do have several newly renovated rooms in our inventory.

TRANSPORTATION & LOCATION

Do you offer transportation?

Public transportations are available from the airport to the property, including car, shuttle, taxi and public transit. Our properties do not offer airport shuttles or transfers.

How close are you to the beach?

Aloha Surf is located in Waikiki within walking distance (7-10 minutes) to Waikiki Beach.

How far are you from the airport?

Approximately 11 miles.

Do you offer parking?

There are limited parking stalls at the property available for $35 per day. When you arrive at the property you can check with the front desk (managed by Aqua-Aston) on availability. If no stalls are available there are street parking and parking garage in close proximity of the property - the front desk can assist with directions.

Deposit Policies

30+ Days Prior to Arrival

All reservations require a 50% deposit to be charged at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. The credit card used for the deposit must be in guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party. Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit and reservation processing fee is received.

Less than 30 Days Prior to Arrival

All reservations require full payment to be charged at the time of booking. The credit card used for the deposit must be in guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party. Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit and reservation processing fee is received.

Cancellation Policies

For arrival through December 18, 2021

If cancellation made 4 days or more prior to arrival: Everything is refunded excluding the $30 + tax reservation processing fee and a $100 + tax cancellation fee. If cancellation made within 3 days: The Damage Waiver + tax and the Cleaning Fees + tax are refunded all other charges is forfeited.

For arrival after December 18, 2021

Minimum Night Stay Policy

There is no Minimum Stay except for stays from December 28 - December 31 when there is a 2 Night Minimum stay.

Family Plan
    • Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the confirmed room. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a supplemental per person fee an/or immediate cancellation of the right to occupy the unit.
Qualified Rates

To be eligible for a qualified rate (Military, Senior, Kamaaina, Government, AAA/CAA, Commercial, Airline employee, Owner Club, Travel Agent, etc.) guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in. If you are unable to provide sufficient identification, Castle Resorts & Hotels will provide you with the best available rate at the time of check-in.

Prepaid Non-Refundable Rate

Castle offers a pre-pay & non-refundable rate for selected properties at various times. To be eligible for this special rate, the full amount must be paid by the time of booking. All bookings are final and may only be altered by a qualified Castle Employee. Cancellation will result in a full stay charge.

Reservation Guarantee

Unless you have booked a specific unit, Castle Resorts & Hotels cannot guarantee requests for specific units, but will honor such requests when feasible based on availability at check-in. Castle Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to substitute alternate accommodations of a similar or superior room type. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation if rooms become unavailable for reasons including, but not limited to, natural disasters or other acts of nature, damage to the property or maintenance problems, strikes, owner usage, sale of unit, changes in applicable law, or failure of other guests to vacate as scheduled.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms or resort area, with the exception of service animals. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a penalty fee and dismissal from the property.

    • Rates, restrictions, policies and all information are subject to change without notice.
    • Occupancy of the unit is subject to the house rules of the Aloha Surf Association of Apartment Owners, which are applicable to all owners, guests and occupants.
    • Castle Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to terminate occupancy without a refund should violations of house rules occur.
    • At least one person from the confirmed party must register at the front desk during business hours and be the responsible occupant for the entire length of stay.
    • No subleasing is allowed.
