Directions from the Airport (9 miles - 20 minutes)

From Honolulu International Airport: Exit airport terminal and access the H-1 Freeway East. Exit freeway via Nimitz Highway East and follow WAIKIKI directional signs. Nimitz Highway transitions to Ala Moana Blvd, midpoint on your drive as you pass the port of Honolulu on your right and the Honolulu business district on your left. Go 1.25 miles on Ala Moana Blvd and the hotel will be on the right side after passing the intersection with Hobron Lane, about one block past the Ala Moana Shopping Center.

Resort & Reservations

Will my credit card get charged?

Yes, your card will be charged the required deposit at booking. If you are booking a non-refundable rate, your card will be charged the entire stay at booking.

Are there any additional fees that I should know about?
  • Room rates are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Taxes, which currently totals 14.962%.
  • A reservation fee of $50 will apply to all bookings.
  • A mandatory $50 damage protection plan will be applied to all bookings.
  • A check-out cleaning fee of $135 plus tax for one bedrooms and $200 plus tax for two bedrooms will be applied to all bookings and will be assessed by the property at check-out. Fees are per stay, per condo unit.
Is the deposit refundable?

How Do I Check In?

Please check in at the Marina Hawaii Vacations Office located in the lobby area of the Ilikai Hotel, Suite 112.

Office Hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mondays-Fridays, and 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Saturday. Our office is closed on Sundays.

Can I request an early check in or late check out?

You may request for early checkin or late checkout, which will be subject to availability. Fees may apply.

We do not charge a resort fee.

What bath amenities do you provide?

Complimentary bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, facial soap, and body soap. Please note that these amenities will not be replenished.

Do you have a pool and Jacuzzi?

Yes, we have an outdoor pool area.

Do you provide beach or pool towels?

We do not provide beach towels, but pool towels are provided at the pool.

How many floors and elevators do you have?

We have 26 floors and 5 elevators to service them.

What bedding options are available?

All 1-Bedrooms have 2 twins, 1 double, 1 queen, or 1 king bed. All 2-Bedrooms have 2 twins and either 1 king or 1 queen. Some have sofabeds.

Bedding selections are provided by request only and we do not guarantee the requested bedding type. We do, however, do the very best we can to accommodate your requests.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms or resort area, with the exception of service animals. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a penalty fee and dismissal from the property.

DINING OPTIONS

Do you have restaurants on-site?

Cinnamon's Restaurant is located on-site. We are also within easy walking distance of Waikiki�s many eateries.

Do you offer room service?

Unfortunately, we do not.

Do you offer in-room grocery service?

TRANSPORTATION & LOCATION

Do you offer transportation?

We do not offer airport shuttles or transfers. However, transportation is available from the airport to the property including taxis, buses, and car service.

How close are you to the beach?

We are less than a 5 minute walk to Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon and Waikiki Beach.

How far are you from the airport?

Approximately 9 miles.

Airport taxi service?

Yes, we call a taxi for you as needed and requested.

Do you offer parking?

Valet parking is available for $28 per day. Self parking is available at Ilikai Marina across the street for $23 per day.

Policies

Room Type - Payment & Cancellation Policies

Room Type - Payment Policy

A nonrefundable deposit of 20% of room rate and tax and $50 reservation fee are due upon booking. Remainder of room rate and tax are due 30 days from arrival. If booking 30 days or fewer from arrival, full payment of room rate and tax and $50 reservation fee are due.

Room Type - Cancellation Policy

20% deposit and reservation fee are non-refundable from the time of booking. Balance is non-refundable once paid. Reservation may be modified for $50 per reservation. If room cost of modified reservation is lower than prior reservation, difference will not be refunded.

Minimum Night Stay Policy

There is a 2 Night Minimum Stay for all reservations.

Family Plan
    • Children 12 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the confirmed room. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a supplemental per person fee of $15 per person per night.
    • Pack n Plays are subject to availability and can be rented for $5 per night.
    • Rollaway Beds are subject to availability and can be rented for $109 per week.
Additional Comfort
    • Self Parking at Ilikai Marina across the street can be purchased for $23 per day. Valet parking is available for $28 per day
    • Additional housekeeping services can be requested for a surcharge.

Qualified Rates

To be eligible for a qualified rate (Military, Senior, Kamaaina, Government, AAA/CAA, Commercial, Airline employee, Owner Club, Travel Agent, etc.) guests must be able to present a valid form of identification at check-in. If you are unable to provide sufficient identification, you will be charged the best available rate at the time of check-in.

Reservation Guarantee

Castle Resorts & Hotels and Marina Hawaii Vacations cannot guarantee requests for specific units but will honor such requests when feasible based on availability at check-in. We reserve the right to substitute alternate accommodations of a similar or superior room type. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation if rooms become unavailable for reasons including, but not limited to, natural disasters or other acts of nature, damage to the property or maintenance problems, strikes, owner usage, sale of unit, changes in applicable law, or failure of other guests to vacate as scheduled.

    • Occupancy of the unit is subject to the house rules of the Ilikai Tower Association of Apartment Owners, which are applicable to all owners, guests and occupants.
    • Marina Vacations Hawaii reserves the right to terminate occupancy without a refund should violations of house rules occur.
    • At least one person from the confirmed party must register at the front desk during business hours and be the responsible occupant for the entire length of stay.
    • No subleasing is allowed.
    • All offers are subject to program availability.
