To qualify, reservations must be made through our official channels (castleresorts.com, jp.castleresorts.com, or directly with the hotel), and a claim must be submitted within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before check-in. The comparison rate must match the same property, room, number of guests, inclusions (like breakfast), dates, and cancellation policy, and proof of the lower rate is required.
