Requirements

• Hawaii ID or driver’s license required upon check-in
• 2 night stay minimum
• At least 1 qualifying individual must occupy the unit

Cancellation & deposit policies

If you booked a SPECIFIC UNIT, the following policy applies: A 50% deposit per room to be charged at time of booking. For stays within 12/8-12/11, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, with cancellations received on or less than 60 days resulting in deposit forfeiture. Stays within 12/23-1/2, require a nonrefundable 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received on or less than 90 days prior to arrival will result in a full charge. For all other stays the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. You may cancel without penalty up to 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received on or less than 45 days prior to arrival will result in deposit forfeiture. A non-refundable $25 reservation processing fee will also be charged at the time of booking.

For all other reservations the following policy applies: For stays within 12/23-1/2 a five-night deposit per room will be charged by the time of booking. For these dates, cancellations must be received at least 90 days prior to arrival in order to avoid deposit forfeiture. For stays between 1/4-3/31 a two-night deposit is required. For all other stays a one-night deposit per room will be charged at the time of booking. You may cancel without penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival, with cancellations received on or less than 14 days prior to arrival resulting in deposit forfeiture. A non-refundable $25 reservation processing fee will also be charged at the time of booking.

For stays within 12/23-1/2 cancellations must be received at least 90 days prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties. For all other dates, a cancellation notice must be given 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties. A non-refundable $25 reservation-processing fee will be charged at the time of booking.
