How it works

  1. Book your stay on castleresorts.com or by calling +1 (877) 367-1912.
  2. Find a lower rate for the same stay on another website within 24 hours of booking.
  3. Call us at +1 (877) 367-1912 with your confirmation number and where you found the lower rate. Once we verify it, we’ll adjust your reservation to match.

Terms

  • Your claim must be made within 24 hours of booking and at least 72 hours before arrival.
  • The lower rate must be publicly available online and bookable when we check it.
  • It must be for the same property, dates, room type, number of guests and booking conditions, for example the same cancellation and prepayment rules.
  • Rates are compared on the same basis, including taxes and any mandatory fees.
  • These rates aren’t eligible: opaque rates where the hotel isn’t shown before booking, package rates such as hotel plus air or car, member, loyalty or sign-in-only rates, group, corporate, wholesale and travel-agent rates, and kamaʻāina, military, government, senior or other rates that require eligibility.
  • One claim per reservation. The match applies to the original reservation and can’t be combined with other offers.
  • Castle Resorts & Hotels verifies each claim and may decline claims it can’t verify. We may change or end this guarantee at any time; claims made before a change will be honored.
