    Primary focus:

    What you'll do:

The Castle Reservation Sales Center is partially a centralized environment where most manifests with reservations get sent and entered into the property management system, taking the majority of room reservations through incoming/outgoing calls through voice, servicing property calls, and servicing our travel partners/group contacts/and miscellaneous inquiries.
