    Overall responsibility for the operational management of the rental program at a condominium property in Waikiki, Hawaii. Responsible for operations, assistance in financial reporting, sales & marketing, and revenue management.     The Guest Services Manager is responsible for overseeing guest and front office operations. Assists with check-in, check-out, collection of payment and responds to guest requests and complaints while providing excellent customer service.   • Senior Ecommerce Manager

    Castle Hospitality Group is seeking an Ecommerce Manager for a full-time position (onsite) in Honolulu, Oahu. This position is part of the MarTech department at the Castle Hospitality Group. The MarTech department manages all aspects of the Castle Group’s digital, e-commerce, connectivity, business intelligence, and technology initiatives and leads the technology innovation within the company. Primarily this position will focus on areas of Digital Marketing and e-commerce.
