  • IT Support Technician

    Full time entry level position to provide Tier 1 IT support to all Castle properties, accounting office and corporate office. Will also assist Castle’s IT staff with project planning, implementation and administration, documentation, inventory control and miscellaneous duties as required.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
    1. First point of contact for user IT support and help desk functions.
    2. Responsible for on-demand property support jobs, both locally and interisland.
    3. Responsible for physical inventory/reconciliation duties.
    4. Assist in ordering, imaging and deploying hardware and software as directed.
    5. Understand and actively participate in setting up and managing Castle’s SharePoint and Office 365 site.
    6. Fully support all users of the new Castle Technology Stack and assist at time of transition and implementation.
    7. Coordinate owner/unit onboarding and offboarding via provided ticket system. Implementation will be done by team leads, but the coordination and planning by the IT Support Tech.
    8. Assist with PCI compliance and GDPR initiatives.
    Required Qualifications:
    1. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs including, but not limited to: Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
    2. Familiar with Microsoft operating systems including, but not limited to: Server 2016, Server 2012, Windows 10, Windows 7.
    3. Knowledgeable in Windows networking, structure and management, including active directory.
    4. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical/problem-solving abilities.
    5. Interisland travel up to 10% of work time.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor’s or IT equivalent degree.
    2. At least 2 years of IT support or help desk.
    3. Hotel operations experience.

  • General Manager - Maui

    Overall responsibility for the operational management of the rental program at a condominium property. Responsible for operations, assistance in financial reporting, sales & marketing, and revenue management. Must possess excellent communication skills with owners, guests, employees, and rental program guests. Only applicants that are Hawaii residents will be considered.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
    1. Various Human Resources management responsibilities to include managing staff, evaluations, coordinate salaries and wages, performance standards, and hiring / corrective actions, where applicable.
    2. Property responsibilities to include owner arrivals, unit inspections, property inspections, property maintenance, property improvement, guest service, and assure that all policies and procedures are fully and equally implemented and enforced.
    3. Risk Management to assure OSHA compliance; establish a Safety Committee to all employees are properly trained in their respective areas; know Emergency Disaster Plans procedures and execute accordingly.
    4. Financial Responsibilities – preparation of annual budget; assure achievement through effective cost analysis, identify unfavorable variances, and implement corrective measures; weekly forecasting and planning within budgetary guidelines; adhere to cost control measures; follow expense approval process.
    5. Sales & Marketing – participate in preparation of annual top line projections. 90-day forecast weekly preparation to optimize revenue opportunities. Reservations and marketing oversight.
    6. Owner Relations – clear and concise owner communication, including preparing newsletters. Rental program growth and retention.
    7. AOAO / Rental Board of Directors Relations – Board communication, prepare and attend annual homeowners and board meetings.
    8. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
    9. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Seniore Vice President of Operations or CEO.
    Qualifications:
    1. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel programs.
    2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    3. Strong organizational skills.
    4. Reliable; able to multi-task and learn on the job.
    5. At least seven (7) years of hospitality industry experience.
    6. Bachelor's degree in Management or other related field of study preferred.
    7. Experience with multi-tasking various items in a timely and efficient manner.
    Working Conditions:
    1. Some interisland trips may be with little advance notice.
    2. Some manual work required. Must be able to lift 50lbs and comfortably work in ceilings and under desks.
    3. Position reports to the Director of Information Systems but takes operational directives from the Systems Administrator.

  • General Maintenance Technician – The ISO

    The full-time general maintenance technician will be responsible for repairing, refurbishing, and maintaining facilities and furnishings in an independent manner with minimal supervision. Must be able to necessitate expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall and minor appliance repairs efficiently and in a thorough manner in accordance with quality standards.

    We are seeking House Person positions for Trinity Maid Company, located in beautiful West Maui, servicing 30 resort properties. The house person will be assigned to assist with cleaning of guest rooms and assigned areas according to present standards. Tasks include but not limited to dusting, shampooing of carpet, carpet extraction, floor scrubbing, window cleaning and high dusting while utilizing proper equipment, tools and chemicals. Will also assist with the delivery/pick-up of linen.

    • Qualifications Minimum lifting of 25 pounds.Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language. Must be able available to work on any day of the week and shift.
