    Job Description:
    1. Lead creative design for all online and traditional marketing initiatives including, but not limited to website, online banners, print, and flyers.
    2. Working with PR firm, coordinate corporate and property communication for all brands.
    3. Partner with GM for the Castle Vacation Rentals brand to manage marketing efforts for Castle’s expansion into the Vacation Rental market place.
    4. In collaboration with VP of Ecommerce & Digital Strategy, develop and implement Social Media strategy and tactics with the assistance of third party tools and vendor. Develop brand, regional and property specific campaigns with primary focus on increasing engagements with Castle’s guests/followers.
    5. Work closely with the Ecommerce, Sales and Revenue teams to drive omni channel marketing campaigns across the enterprise.
    6. Lead all initiatives for pictures/video across all channels and products. Including manage vendors as well as hands on work to edit multimedia as needed (via adobe suite of products).
    7. Assist President, VP of Sales and VP of Ecommerce & Digital strategy develop marketing strategies and tactics with budgets and well defined KPIs for each market segment for the hotel, condo and VR products.
    8. Brand building – assist the executive team and participate in the overall lead the overall branding process for existing and new brands.
    9. Partnership Marketing – Work with existing partner management teams as well as secure new partner relations to ensure external hotel, air and cruise partner goals are met.

    To grow individual condominium inventory for the Castle Resorts & Hotels Brand and the new Castle Vacation Rental Brand, leveraging the unique selling attributes of the Newyse technology platform via channels such as (VRBO/HomeAway, Airbnb, etc.). Solicit on-site condominium rental programs to grow and be placed into the Castle Resorts & Hotels Brand and off-site individual owner units into the Castle Vacation Rental Brand.

    Develop strong relationships with all condominium owners and real estate brokers. Requires excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills to present Castle capabilities. Travel as needed within Hawaii and the mainland as necessary. Assists in development of rental agreements in conjunction with the corporate office, new property proformas, proposals and compelling solicitation materials for both Brands. Develop compelling corporate solicitation package targeting the Hawaii markets focusing on Newyse distribution technology attributes.

    1. Work closely with the Business Development Director and Castle corporate office to develop compelling new property solicitation proposals and presentation resources/tools highlighting Castle expertise and capabilities..
    2. Develop strong and compelling differentiation on why owners should switch to Castle with a value proposition.
    3. Prepare presentation package to present to potential owners highlighting CRH’s expertise and experience.
    4. Become experienced in condominium rental agreement provisions.
    5. Leverage unique selling attributes of Newyse technology platform
    6. Work with all functional departments (operations/sales & marketing, accounting, etc.) to help launch the new Castle Vacation Rental Brand to include development of off-site “hub & spoke” check-in facilities on each island, competitive rental agreement and vacation rental operating model.
    7. Assist in the development and implementation acquisition plan for the Castle Vacation Rental Brand to include growth though individual owner sign-ups through the VR website, General Manager solicitation and acquisition of smaller targeted VR companies in Hawaii.
    8. Develop an internal growth solicitation plan in conjunction with the Business Development Manager for existing resort condominiums targeting owners not current in the Castle rental progra.
    9. 10. Join and become active member of local associations and/or business networking organizations to enhance visibility of the Castle Brands.
    Qualifications:

    The General Manager for Castle’s new Vacation Rental (VR) brand will drive its strategy and tactics.     8. Partner with VP of Operations to develop operational plans for housekeeping, maintenance, hub-and-spoke, check-in/check-out as well as overall standard operating procedures.
    9. Develop KPIs for every aspect of the business which tied to top line revenue and segmentation will be the foundation of reporting and measurement.
    10. Brand building – with marketing team lead the overall branding process of this Vacation Rental brand and focus on driving awareness and ensure that the brand is deployed consistently.
    11. Lead and become the ambassador for Vacation Rentals related areas in the Newyse system (Vendor: Maxxton). Including, but not limited to rate management, guest communication, channel distribution, inventory management, and owner management.
    12. Manage a team to make sure they are consistently meeting KPIs metrics expectations.

  • Controller

    The Controller is responsible for managing the daily operations for the Castle Resorts & Hotels Accounting Department, supervising and training personnel, ensuring timely production of monthly property financial reports, maintaining an adequate system of accounting records, and establishing proper controls and budgets to minimize risk and ensure that financials comply with generally accepted accounting principles.     Qualifications:
    1. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
    2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from four-year college or university with emphasis in accounting, five or more years accounting management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA license not required.
    3. Extensive knowledge of hotel accounting, operating budgets, cost analysis, sales & marketing, reservations, rooms, housekeeping & maintenance operations, and food & beverage where applicable. A strategic thinker and demonstrated creativity in finding ways to meet and exceed revenue and bottom line objectives.
    4. Must possess good common sense, reasoning and judgment ability.
