  • Executive Housekeeper - Island of Hawaii

    The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for the daily operations of the housekeeping department while ensuring guest rooms are cleaned to standards. Supervising of team members include housekeepers, house person, room inspectors and utility person. Tasks are highlighted below and will also include, but not limited to administrative duties as needed.

    • Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Enforce safety procedures and programs.
    2. Establish quality control and standards for housekeeping tasks.
    3. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, scheduling and counseling of staff.
    4. Order and maintain inventory of supplies, linen and equipment.
    5. Prepare and process employee timecards and payroll.
    6. Communicate with maintenance and front desk on status of rooms, work orders and repairs.
    7. Update property management system on room status.
    8. Communicate with General Manager on needs and concerns.
    9. Other administrative duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    1. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel programs.
    2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    3. Strong organizational skills.
    4. Reliable; able to multi-task and learn on the job.
    5. At least three (3) years of hospitality industry experience, preferably within the housekeeping department and of a managerial or supervisory position.

  • Reservations Clerk

    The Reservations Clerk’s primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations as possible by utilizing effective selling techniques and available tools.

    3. Provide supportive information to customers and agencies such as directions, activities, tours and dining options.
    4. Other administrative duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    1. Good communication (verbal and written).
    2. Ability to think creatively to solve customer and employee issues, good common sense, reasoning and judgment.
    3. Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
    4. Professional phone etiquette.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining and refurbishing the facilities and its furnishings in an independent manner with minimal supervision.

    • Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Experience Minimum 2-3 years of hotel or condominium resort maintenance experience.
