Getting to Maui Banyan

2695 South Kihei Road, Kihei, Hawaii 96753
Directions from Kahului Airport (9 miles - 30 minutes)

As you exit the Kahului Airport terminal you will be on Keolani Place. Continue onto Kuihelani Highway / Highway 380. When you reach the intersection at Puunene Avenue, turn left onto Mokulele Highway/Highway 350. As you pass the Puunene Sugar Mill (HC&S), Mokulele Highway/Highway 350 will change to Highway 311. Keep driving through the sugar fields and Highway 311 will become Highway 31/Piilani Highway. Continue for 4.7 miles until reaching Alanui Ke Alii Drive, where you will turn right. In .5 mile, turn left onto S. Kihei Road. Continue another .5 mile and turn left onto Maui Banyan Access Road. The Maui Banyan Resort will be on your right.

Resort & Reservations

Will my credit card get charged?

Yes, your card will be charged the respective deposit.

Are there any additional fees that I should know about?

Yes, a non-refundable reservation processing fee of $30 + tax is applied to each reservation.

A damage protection fee of $39.99 + tax is applied to each reservation.

A cleaning fee will be applied to all bookings for stays and will be assessed by the property at check-out. Fees are per stay, per condo unit, plus taxes.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, as long as the cancellation does not fall within the cancel period.

All our rooms are non smoking in compliance with state law.

What bath amenities do you provide?

Complimentary bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, facial soap, and body soap.

Do you have a pool and Jacuzzi?

Yes, we do.

How many floors and elevators do you have?

We have 5 floors and 2 elevators per building to service them.

What bedding options are available?

All our Hotel Rooms has 2 Full Beds while our 1 Bedrooms have different configurations dependent on the unit selected, but most commons are: 1 King and Queen Sofa Bed.

DINING OPTIONS

Do you have restaurants on-site

We do not. However, we are just a short walk/drive to Kihei's many restaurants.

Do you offer room service?

Unfortunately, we do not.

TRANSPORTATION & LOCATION

Do you offer transportation?

We do not offer airport shuttles or transfers. However, transportation is available from the airport to the property including taxis, buses, and car service. Since Kihei is a considerable distance from Kahului Airport and Maui is a relatively large island, we strongly advise that you rent a car during your stay on Maui.

How close are you to the beach?

Maui Banyan is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach III.

How far are you from the airport?

Approximately 11 miles or a 30 minute drive.

Do you offer parking?

Parking is available free of charge.

Policies

Deposit Policies

30+ Days Prior to Arrival

All reservations require a 50% deposit to be charged at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

The credit card used for the deposit must be in guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party. The outstanding balance will be collected upon check-in, if not provided prior to arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit and reservation processing fee is received.

Less than 30 Days Prior to Arrival

All reservations require full payment to be charged at the time of booking.

The credit card used for the deposit must be in guest's name or in the name of a member in the traveling party. The outstanding balance will be collected upon check-in, if not provided prior to arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit and reservation processing fee is received.

Cancellation Policies

For arrival through December 18. 2020

If cancellation made 3 days or more prior to arrival: Everything is refunded excluding the $30 + tax reservation processing fee and a $100 + tax cancellation fee.

If cancellation made within 3 days: The Damage Waiver + tax and the Cleaning Fees + tax are refunded all other charges is forfeited.

For arrival after December 18 2020

If cancellation nmade 30 days or more prior to arrival: Everything is refunded excluding the $30 + tax reservation processing fee and a $100 + tax cancellation fee.

If cancellation made within 30 days: The Damage Waiver + tax and the Cleaning Fees + tax are refunded all other charges is forfeited.

Taxes and Fees
    • Room rates are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Taxes.

Minimum Night Stay Policy

There is a 2 Night Minimum Stay.

Family Plan
  • Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the confirmed room. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a supplemental per person fee an/or immediate cancellation of the right to occupy the unit.
Additional Comfort
  • Parking is available free of charge.
  • Additional housekeeping services can be requested for a surcharge.
Qualified Rates

To be eligible for a qualified rate (Military, Senior, Kamaaina, Government, AAA/CAA, Commercial, Airline employee, Owner Club, Travel Agent, etc.) guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in. If you are unable to provide sufficient identification, Castle Resorts & Hotels will provide you with the best available rate at the time of check-in.

Prepaid Non-Refundable Rate

Castle offers a pre-pay & non-refundable rate for selected properties at various times. To be eligible for this special rate, the full amount must be paid by the time of booking. All bookings are final and may only be altered by a qualified Castle Employee. Cancellation will result in a full stay charge.

Reservation Guarantee

Castle Resorts & Hotels cannot guarantee requests for specific units, unless a specific unit is booked. We will honor such requests when feasible based on availability at check-in. Castle Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to substitute alternate accommodations of a similar or superior room type. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation if rooms become unavailable for reasons including, but not limited to, natural disasters or other acts of nature, damage to the property or maintenance problems, strikes, owner usage, sale of unit, changes in applicable law, or failure of other guests to vacate as scheduled.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms or resort area, with the exception of service animals. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a penalty fee and dismissal from the property.

    • Rates, restrictions, policies and all information are subject to change without notice.
    • Occupancy of the unit is subject to the house rules of the Kamaole Sands Association of Apartment Owners, which are applicable to all owners, guests and occupants.
    • Castle Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to terminate occupancy without a refund should violations of house rules occur.
    • At least one person from the confirmed party must register at the front desk during business hours and be the responsible occupant for the entire length of stay.
    • No subleasing is allowed.
    • All offers are subject to program availability.
    • Rates are listed in US dollars except where noted otherwise.
    • All published rates are commissionable to travel agents at 10%.
