As you exit the Kahului Airport terminal you will be on Keolani Place. Continue onto Kuihelani Highway / Highway 380. When you reach the intersection at Puunene Avenue, turn left onto Mokulele Highway/Highway 350. As you pass the Puunene Sugar Mill (HC&S), Mokulele Highway/Highway 350 will change to Highway 311. Keep driving through the sugar fields and Highway 311 will become Highway 31/Piilani Highway. Continue for 4.7 miles until reaching Alanui Ke Alii Drive, where you will turn right. In .5 mile, turn left onto S. Kihei Road. Continue another .5 mile and turn left onto Maui Banyan Access Road. The Maui Banyan Resort will be on your right.

We do not offer airport shuttles or transfers. However, transportation is available from the airport to the property including taxis, buses, and car service. Since Kihei is a considerable distance from Kahului Airport and Maui is a relatively large island, we strongly advise that you rent a car during your stay on Maui.

The credit card used for the deposit must be in guest’s name or in the name of a member in the traveling party. The outstanding balance will be collected upon check–in, if not provided prior to arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit and reservation processing fee is received.
If reservation made at least 30 days prior to arrival a deposit including 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged at time of booking. Remaining 50% balance is due 29 days prior to arrival.
If reservation made less than 30 days prior to arrival the total reservation cost will be charged at time of booking.

To be eligible for a qualified rate (Military, Senior, Kamaaina, Government, AAA/CAA, Commercial, Airline employee, Owner Club, Travel Agent, etc.) guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in. If you are unable to provide sufficient identification, Castle Resorts & Hotels will provide you with the best available rate at the time of check-in.
Castle offers a pre-pay & non-refundable rate for selected properties at various times. To be eligible for this special rate, the full amount must be paid by the time of booking. All bookings are final and may only be altered by a qualified Castle Employee. Cancellation will result in a full stay charge.
Castle Resorts & Hotels cannot guarantee requests for specific units, unless a specific unit is booked. We will honor such requests when feasible based on availability at check-in. Castle Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to substitute alternate accommodations of a similar or superior room type. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation if rooms become unavailable for reasons including, but not limited to, natural disasters or other acts of nature, damage to the property or maintenance problems, strikes, owner usage, sale of unit, changes in applicable law, or failure of other guests to vacate as scheduled.
Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms or resort area, with the exception of service animals. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a penalty fee and dismissal from the property.
