Directions from Reno-Tahoe International Airport (25 miles - 30 minutes)

From the airport, get on I-580. Take Exit 36a to merge onto I-80 E toward Sparks/Elko. After 18 miles, take Exit 32 for Route 439/U.S.A Parkway. Continue on NV-439 for 2 miles. Turn left onto Denmark Drive. Turn right onto Venice Drive.

Hotel & Reservations

Will my credit card get charged?

Your credit card is required to guarantee your booking but is not charged. If you have booked an Advanced Purchase rate the hotel will charge your accommodation prior to arrival.

Are there any additional fees that I should know about?

We are a pet-friendly hotel. There is a $50 per pet fee. Long term stayers are charged an additional $20 a night, not to exceed $240.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, as long as the cancellation does not fall within the cancel period.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund of deposit for cancellations received up to 48-hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 48-hours to arrival will result in full forfeiture of the 1-night deposit. No refund for No-Show. There may be an early departure fee of $300

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

What time is check-in? Check out?

Standard check in time is after 3pm and check out is before 11am.

Can I request an early check in or late check out?

You may request for early checkin or late checkout, which will be subject to availability. Fees may apply.

Do you have a resort fee, what is the fee, & what does it include?

We do not charge a resort fee.

You may make requests at the time of booking. Please note, requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Prepaid Non-Refundable Rate

To be eligible for this special rate, the full amount must be paid by the time of booking. All bookings are final. Cancellation will result in a full stay charge.
