Directions from the Airport (11 miles - 30 minutes)

Take Interstate H1 E ramp to Honolulu/Waikiki. Keep left to stay on I-H-1 E. Keep left at the fork and merge onto Aolele Street. Turn left onto Lagoon Drive and turn right toward HI-92. Follow HI-92E to Ala Moana Blvd, take a u-turn and arrive at Palms at Waikiki at 1850 Ala Moana Blvd.

Will my credit card get charged?

Yes, your card will be charged the required deposit at booking. If you are booking a non-refundable rate, your card will be charged the entire stay at booking.

Are there any taxes and additional fees that I should know about?

Room rates are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Taxes, which currently totals 17.962%.

The bundled Checkout Clean Fee and Accidental Damage Protection Fee (plus tax) will be applied to all bookings to protect guests from accidental damage costs. Fees are per stay, per unit, plus taxes:

Can I upgrade my room?

No, we do not charge a resort fee.

Daily housekeeping services are not provided. Additional housekeeping services or towel/linen exchange can be arranged for an additional fee.

We have 15 floors and 2 elevators to service them.

Do You Allow Pets?

Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms or resort area, with the exception of service animals. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a penalty fee and dismissal from the property.

At the ground level of our location is an IHOP. Alternatively, guests can explore a variety of restaurants that Waikiki has to offer.

Unfortunately, we do not.

TRANSPORTATION & LOCATION

Do you offer transportation?

Public transportation is available from the airport to the property, including car, shuttle, taxi and public transit. Our properties do not offer airport shuttles or transfers. However, Robert's Hawaii offers affordable shuttle services from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport to our hotel. Book your reservation.

How close are you to the beach?

We are about 1.5 blocks from Waikiki Beach.

How far are you from the airport?

Approximately 11 miles.

Airport taxi service?

Yes, we can call a taxi for you as needed and requested.

Do you offer parking?

We offer self-parking at a cost of $30 per day. See the front desk for payment and a parking pass. Be sure to only park in “unreserved stalls."

Room Type - Payment & Cancellation Policies

Room Type - Payment Policy

All reservations require a deposit of one night plus tax to be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

The credit card used for the deposit must be in guest’s name or in the name of a member in the traveling party. The outstanding balance will be collected upon check–in, if not provided prior to arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit and reservation processing fee is received.

Room Type - Cancellation Policy
  • Castle will provide a full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (including no-shows), Guest will forfeit the 1-night room rate deposit + tax.
  • If a prepaid nonrefundable rate was booked, in the event of a cancellation, all payment collected will be forfeited, except for the checkout cleaning fee and damage protection fee.

Individual Unit - Payment & Cancellation Policies

Individual Unit - Payment Policy

If reservation made at least 30 days prior to arrival a deposit including 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged at time of booking. Remaining 50% balance is due 29 days prior to arrival.

If reservation made less than 30 days prior to arrival the total reservation cost will be charged at time of booking.

    Minimum Night Stay Policy

    There is no minimum stay requirement for all reservations, except for stays from December 23 - January 2 when there is a 3 Night Minimum stay.

    Family Plan
      • Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the confirmed room. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a supplemental per person fee an/or immediate cancellation of the right to occupy the unit.
      • Rollaway Beds are available for a fee. Subject to availability.
    Additional Comfort
      • Limited on-site parking is available on a first come first served basis and can be purchased for $30 per day plus tax.
      • Additional housekeeping services can be requested for a surcharge.

    Qualified Rates

    To be eligible for a qualified rate (Military, Senior, Kamaaina, Government, AAA/CAA, Commercial, Airline employee, Owner Club, Travel Agent, etc.) guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in. If you are unable to provide sufficient identification, Castle Resorts & Hotels will provide you with the best available rate at the time of check-in.

    Prepaid Non-Refundable Rate

    Castle offers a pre-pay & non-refundable rate for selected properties at various times. To be eligible for this special rate, the full amount must be paid by the time of booking. All bookings are final and may only be altered by a qualified Castle Employee. Cancellation will result in a full stay charge.

    Reservation Guarantee

    Castle Resorts & Hotels cannot guarantee requests for specific units but will honor such requests when feasible based on availability at check-in. Castle Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to substitute alternate accommodations of a similar or superior room type. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation if rooms become unavailable for reasons including, but not limited to, natural disasters or other acts of nature, damage to the property or maintenance problems, strikes, owner usage, sale of unit, changes in applicable law, or failure of other guests to vacate as scheduled.
