From the Honolulu International Airport, travel east and take the Nimitz Highway / Highway 92 exit. Nimitz will eventually turn to Ala Moana Boulevard. Keep heading east then turn right onto Kalakaua Avenue (stay in far right lane). Pass Saratoga Street then turn right on to Beach Walk. At the end of this street, turn right on Kalia Road. Waikiki Shore is located next door to the Outrigger Reef on the left side of the street (beachside). Waikiki Shore offers self parking for $35 per day (in/out privileges).

All rooms have a washer/dryer and hair dryer. Complimentary coffee and laundry detergent are placed in room upon arrival, additional supplies available for only $1.00 each. We have 15 floors and two elevators to service them.
We offer King or Queen or two Twin Beds in each of our unit types. Requests can be made for bed types but cannot be guaranteed. We will, however, do our best to accommodate your request.
The lobby was renovated in 2005 and was recently upgraded with new furniture. Rooms are independently owned are therefore renovation varies by owner. We do have several newly renovated rooms in our inventory.
No, however there are a variety of options in our building and within a 1 block radius.
Currently, none of our properties offer meal packages, therefore, breakfast is not included.
We have three quick service eateries that form a small beach front food court. It includes Subway, The Steak Shack, and Sun's Up Hawaii There is also a variety of eat-in dining options in the area.
Public transportations are available from the airport to the property, including car, shuttle, taxi and public transit. Our properties do not offer airport shuttles or transfers.
We are the only beachfront condominium on Waikiki Beach. Please understand not all of our rooms are beachfront units.

Yes, we call a taxi for you as needed and requested.
There is limited self parking for $35 per day and it is not guaranteed. Parking availability is reviewed upon check-in and if available a stall will be assigned at either the top deck or basement of the property. Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for parking stalls.
For arrivals by December 24th, 2021 a deposit including 1 night + tax and a $30 + tax non-refundable reservation processing fee will be charged.
For Reservations made on July 1st and later with arrivals by December 25, 2021 and later a deposit including 2-nights + tax and a $30 + tax non-refundable reservation processing fee will be charged.
The credit card used for the deposit must be in guest’s name or in the name of a member in the traveling party. The outstanding balance will be collected upon check–in, if not provided prior to arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit and reservation processing fee is received.
If reservation made at least 30 days prior to arrival a deposit including 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged at time of booking. Remaining 50% balance is due 29 days prior to arrival.
If reservation made less than 30 days prior to arrival the total reservation cost will be charged at time of booking.

There is a 2 Night Minimum Stay for all reservations, except for stays from December 23 - January 2 when there is a 5 Night Minimum stay.
To be eligible for a qualified rate (Military, Senior, Kamaaina, Government, AAA/CAA, Commercial, Airline employee, Owner Club, Travel Agent, etc.) guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in. If you are unable to provide sufficient identification, Castle Resorts & Hotels will provide you with the best available rate at the time of check-in.
Castle offers a pre-pay & non-refundable rate for selected properties at various times. To be eligible for this special rate, the full amount must be paid by the time of booking. All bookings are final and may only be altered by a qualified Castle Employee. Cancellation will result in a full stay charge.
Unless you have booked a specific unit, Castle Resorts & Hotels cannot guarantee requests for specific units, but will honor such requests when feasible based on availability at check-in. Castle Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to substitute alternate accommodations of a similar or superior room type. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation if rooms become unavailable for reasons including, but not limited to, natural disasters or other acts of nature, damage to the property or maintenance problems, strikes, owner usage, sale of unit, changes in applicable law, or failure of other guests to vacate as scheduled.
